  • Yoga mats , bolster, blankets and blocks are provided and cleaned in house but you are welcome to bring your own.

Trauma Sensitive Restorative Yoga

This class is suitable for anyone who has experienced trauma. Guided with a trauma based approach to healing through grounding restorative yoga poses and breath work, while addressing the nervous system. This class supports post traumatic growth and connection to mind and body through present moment experiences.

Candlelight Restorative Yoga

Release stress, anxiety and tension through this Gentle restorative practice. Unwind your mind through a gentle series of poses, all with the support of bolsters, blankets and blocks.


Yin Yoga & Meditation

This class will incorporate a guided yin meditation practice. Slowly surrender into each pose. Targeting deep connective tissues, fascia and ligaments. Incorporates long holds, breath and guidance. Stimulates the nadis or body’s energy channels also known as Qi (Chi). Suitable for all levels.


Hatha Yoga   

Taught at a slow and steady pace. Focusing on classic yoga postures and correct body alignment.  Mindful emphasis on breath linked movement. Beginner- intermediate level.


Vinyasa Yoga

Slow Flow is a creative, therapeutic flow designed to bring balance to the body and the mind through warming Sun Salutations and exploring a variety of classic poses. When we slow down and bring our attention to our breath, we relax the nervous system. This class will link them all together. Great for beginners, as well as seasoned practitioners.


Zen Your Sen Yoga Spa

Restore your sen. What are the sen? The sen are subtle pathways where our vital life force energy flows. Similar to the meridians in Chinese medicine or the Prana Nadis & Chakras in Yoga. When these energy lines become blocked, energy becomes stuck or stagnant and imbalance or dis-ease may occur.
In this class we will use a variety of techniques and tools such as:

acupressure along the body's Sen lines, assisted Thai stretches w/Shanna, a blend of restorative yoga or yin poses, steamy towels, reflexology balls, hot Himalayan salt stones, eye pillows and essential oils. No experience required.



Restorative Yoga w/ reflexology or Thai Herbal compresses

In 2015, Shanna created her own unique form of restorative yoga by implementing the use of heated Thai herbal compresses along the body’s sen/energy lines. This blend of compressing the sen while deeply settling into the stretch can release physical tension, calm the nervous system and settle the mind. Using fewer postures and prolonged holding for approximately 5 and up to 10 minutes each. Bolsters, blankets, eye pillows and props are supplied.
